Due to the nature of this industry, users are not credited for MANY reasons. Sometimes fraud is the reason and other times there are different reasons. Here are some reasons you may not be credited for completing an offer:
- You’ve already downloaded the app or signed up for the site before. Completing multiple downloads or signing up for the same site multiple times is strictly prohibited.
- You completed the offer through another site.
- Your browser isn’t configured to accept cookies.
- Ensure that ad block tools are turned off. This can prevent cookies from being stored, which is necessary for crediting.
- Ensure that you are connected to the Internet when completing the offer. If you are NOT connected when you complete the offer, you will not be credited.
- Read instructions carefully before completing offers. For example, some mobile apps require that you reach a certain level or complete an action before you are crediting
- Use the app for at least 2 minutes
If you aren’t credited, contact support with the following:
- A screenshot that shows you have completed the offer
- Any email receipts
- The email you used to sign up for the service (if it was required)
- Provide a screenshot of the info screen for the offer (tap “i” next to the offer title). If it was from a specific offer wall, please state so.
